The Role: Wealth Management Associate
The Wealth Management Associate is a client-facing support lead responsible for the critical preparation of appointments and the flawless execution of service workflows. This role is the "engine" of our firm, ensuring that every piece of paperwork, transaction, and report meets our standards of impeccable accuracy.
Primary Responsibilities
Appointment Preparation: Own the end-to-end preparation of client materials, performance summaries, and meeting templates to drive advisor efficiency.
Operations & Paperwork: Manage account openings, transfers, and compliance updates with meticulous attention to detail.
Asset Management Support: Execute money movements and assist the investment team with trading, rebalancing, and model maintenance.
Systems & Documentation: Maintain the integrity of our CRM and reporting platforms. You will also take the lead in building and updating our internal firm "wiki" for standard processes.
What We're Looking For
The Precision Mindset: You understand that in wealth management, "small" details are actually big risks. You value clear, proactive team communication.
Technical Proficiency: You are comfortable with (or eager to master) Schwab Advisor Center, iRebal, and CRM/task management tools.
Experience: Prior wealth management or financial services operations experience is preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Series 65 license held or obtained shortly after hire.
